In order to get our special rate, you HAVE to book through the hotel’s phone number. By booking this way, you get the following benefits:

You may book your room by calling the hotel front desk at +1 (559) 375-7760 and mention that you are staying for the FresMare Convention on Halloween Weekend.
When calling, you’ll be asked for the following information:
- Name
- Number of Nights.
- Bed Type (King Bed, or Double Queen).
- Smoking or Nonsmoking Room.
Once you arrive on site, you’ll require to register a credit or debit card, which will only be charged until you finish your stay.

NOTE: Rooms booked through the Piccadilly Inn Airport website, or through a third party application, can’t have the FresMare Con Rate and benefits applied. If you want to have the benefits discussed above applied, you can cancel your online reservation and then call to book through the the front desk at the hotel.
Guests must be 18 or older to reserve a room, and a debit or credit card is required to keep on file. You will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel.
Getting to the Venue
FresMare takes place at the Piccadilly Inn Airport Hotel, just a short distance from Fresno Yosemite International Airport.
Arriving by Car or Rideshare
If you are being picked up from Arrivals or Departures, continue straight toward the corner of N. Gateway Blvd and E. Clinton Way.
Turn left onto E. Clinton Way and continue until you see the sign for Piccadilly Inn Airport Hotel.
You can enter the venue in either of these ways:
- Turn left into the Charter’s Restaurant entrance, which serves as a back entrance to the hotel.
- Or continue right, then turn left to enter through the hotel’s main front entrance.
Walking from the Airport
After exiting the airport, you may walk across the parking lot toward E. Clinton Way, passing near the gated exit by the Standard Parking lot.
Use the crosswalk at E. Clinton Way to cross safely.
From there:
- Turn left to enter through Charter’s Restaurant, the back entrance.
- Or turn right, then left to reach the hotel’s main front entrance.
Parking: Piccadilly Inn Airport offers on-site self-parking, with additional parking options nearby due to its proximity to Fresno Yosemite International Airport. For questions about availability, rates, or restrictions, please check directly with the hotel.
